Real Estate Registration is mandatory for rural land and legalization processes, ensuring the correct identification of property coordinates. There are three types of cadastral operations:

Execution of real estate registration – real estate registration execution operations consist of carrying out works and procedures for the methodical execution of collection and processing of data that characterize and identify properties, and may affect a single property (simple execution) or a group of properties (systematic execution);

Integration in the cadastral map – the integration operations in the cadastral map consist of the process of submitting the property characterization data (administrative and geographic location, geometric configuration and area) that meet the conditions to assume the nature of a real estate registry, resulting from procedures regulated in specific legislation, and for registration in the cadastral map;

Real estate registry maintenance – real estate registry maintenance operations consist of the process of altering, updating or rectifying the data that characterize and identify the registered properties recorded in the cadastral map, including those that are in a temporary registration situation.
